Cyber Surveillance

Pharosiran Consulting & Investigations Cyber Surveillance Group will conduct sweeps of the Internet in an effort to locate both targeted (by the client) and non-targeted ( to determine what is generally available at what pricing) of client product.

The sweeps will cover, but not be limited to, Internet auction sites, wholesaler sites, message boards, broker sites and Internet relay chat postings and chat rooms, and so-called “black or gray product sites.” We will also query current and future unknowing confidential informants, as well as other cooperating confidential sources and law enforcement representatives familiar to our investigators.

Clients will supply the Cyber Surveillance Group with product names, target pricing, case packaging information and any other pertinent information under the terms of an appropriate confidentiality agreement.

The investigators will contact the designated representative of the Client after locating target manufacturers’ products and discuss further what investigative operations may be desirable (sample purchases, background investigations and surveillance and related activity). Activity can be coordinated with criminal or civil action if/as appropriate.

The sweeps can be conducted daily and reported in writing weekly, or customized to a client schedule.
